
The Process
Thank you for your interest in our custom orders! We process all requests on a first come first serve basis. After your booking and deposit is received, we'll discuss design preferences, budget, due dates to ensure your order meets your expectations. *Please note*: your deposit serves as a contract agreement and secures your custom order. Contracts cannot be broken, all deposit are non-refundable/ non-transferable. As we approach your due date we will finalize all details: designs, genre, colors, fabric choices and/ or any other details pertaining to your order. We will provide a measurement chart with specific instructions to assure proper fit. Remember to triple check all measurements as this is the most important part of the process. We kindly asks during the waiting period that you hold off with texting and submitting emails with Inso pictures, ideas and concepts. We will discuss all information once we are ready to process your order.
Please be advised that we do not alter any measurements. All orders are custom made to your submitted chart. We leave "room for growth" to the discretion of our clients. Our turn around time is typically 2-3 business days from beginning of construction. Once costume is completed the remainder balance must be paid in full. We do not handle alterations.
For heavily embellished costumes, minor adjustments/ alterations maybe necessary to ensure fit on straps. We recommend seeking a professional tailor or seamstress for assistance. All sales are final and there are no returns, exchange or reimbursements.
