All custom orders must be paid in full prior to shipment. We ship year-round, except for all major Holidays.

Most carriers provide up to $100 in insurance at no extra cost. If you require additional insurance, it can be purchased for added peace of mind. Please inform us when making your selection for carrier and method.

Responsibility:

The seller's responsibility for the package generally ends when it is handed over to the shipping carrier (e.g., USPS, FedEx, UPS).
Risk of Loss:

The risk of loss or damage typically passes to the buyer or the recipient once the package is in the shipping carrier's possession.
No Further Obligation:

The seller is not obligated to replace or refund the item if it is lost, damaged, or stolen after it has been shipped.
Buyer's Options:

The buyer may need to file a claim with the shipping carrier (if insured) or resolve the issue directly with the selected carrier.
Seller's Responsibility (Pre-Shipment):

The seller is responsible for proper packaging and labeling of the item before shipping.
